Day What Happens?
0 You place your order and make payment.
1-3 I review your request. If accepted, I'll send you a digital draft within 3 days. If not, I'll notify you and issue a refund.
3-4 You review the draft and let me know if any changes are needed. Once you approve, I start crafting your keycap!
4-17 I carefully create your custom keycap. This process takes up to 14 days.
18 Your keycap is finished! I package and ship it to you.
