Timeline

| 1-3 | I review your request. If accepted, I'll send you a digital draft within 3 days. If not, I'll notify you and issue a refund. |
| 3-4 | You review the draft and let me know if any changes are needed. Once you approve, I start crafting your keycap! |
| 4-17 | I carefully create your custom keycap. This process takes up to 14 days. |
| 18 | Your keycap is finished! I package and ship it to you. |
